As Vail's premier gift shop, we strive to bring you a variety of unique gifts. While we wish everything could be locally made by hand, we try to buy in a centric form: if it is not made in Vail, it'll be an item made in neighboring communities. If we can't get what we need from our neighbors, then we'll get items made in Denver and other areas in Colorado.
If we can't get what we would like to sell here made in Colorado, we'll try to carry an item made in the US- And so on (you get the picture). Also, because we are a non-profit, so too are many of the vendors we carry. So if it's made overseas, the company may be a non-profit or quasi non-profit; or a Certified Fair Trade company. We care about how much we can do to help our community, and are conscious of what we sell.
How can I contact your couriers?
Once an item is shipped, we retain shipping information. Please call if you need this information forwarded to you.
Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately, it is cost-prohibitive to ship internationally.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds/returns.
We can, however, exchange your non-sale item for something different (equal or greater value). Please note: You must have your receipt; exchanges within 30 days only.
